✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition

  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll resolve the issue promptly by either:

  • Sending you a replacement, or

  • Issuing a full refund

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Perishable goods

🔄 Exchanges

Need to exchange a product?
The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your refund is confirmed.

🇪🇺 EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you're located in the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within this time, you may return any unused item for a full refund — no reason required.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • You must provide proof of purchase

💰 Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
